Returns + Exchanges
At Jewels by Angelo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to find the best solution, whether it's sending a replacement product or processing a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address before sending the item back.

- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
- Discounted promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

All payments on our website are charged in USD.
Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping to any country. While we strive to provide cost-effective delivery by utilizing local logistics services whenever possible, please note that overall shipping times may vary. Typically, packages should arrive within 15-35 business days, with typical shipping times to the U.K., North America, Europe, and Australasia being around 21 business days.
Specific countries, such as Canada, some parts of Europe, Colombia, and other South American countries, may experience longer delivery periods due to customs delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.
Refund Period
All our products come with a 30-day refund period. If you encounter any issues with your purchase within this period, please inform us, and we will do our best to assist you. However, please note that discounted or final sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately passed to our processing team for delivery preparation. As a result, we are unable to cancel orders. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order. If there's an error or a change in your address within the estimated delivery time, we cannot reimburse you if your order does not reach you. If you've made a mistake when ordering, contact us immediately, and we'll try to update your delivery address if the item hasn't been dispatched.
Returned Items
If a return is applicable, all items must be sent to our return address in their original unused condition. If an item is received damaged, inform us within 1 week of delivery before returning the items. Include your name and order ID in the return, and ensure all items are in working and resalable condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
Public/Shared Addresses
For items delivered to publicly accessible addresses (e.g., workplaces, shared accommodations), customers are responsible for collecting all items. Jewels by Angelo will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenarios once delivered.
